Ugandan clubs still facing a big challenge in the recruitment of players this is clearly shown in the way they release over 8 - 10 players every transfer window.
Ugandan clubs still facing a big challenge in the recruitment of players this is clearly shown in the way they release over 8 - 10 players every transfer window.
This is bad for football players career development since most big clubs grab all good players whom they don't utilise by not giving them enough playing time and later board them off like used chicken feed hence destroying the player's value and enthusiasm for the game.
On the other hand this is not good for the clubs financial standing since a player is bought a cost paid salary not utilized and finally released with and cash backs to the clubs.
All this is brought up by the failure for clubs to have skilled football scouts with enough resources to do there worker so the clubs end up recycling used players even if they have been put of the game for a fees years, jump on the boys who as been on form for one season but without any scouting history, plus the demon of coaches moving with a click of players in there pockets from one club to another.
Most of these clubs don't even invest in player development ,they don't have a reserve team , poor facilitation of there said academies the list is endless.
But there is room for putting things right if only the right people are given chance to do the right thing.
Clubs owners should task their administrators to always working towards scouting , developing profitable players and avoid the offloading of players players leaving clubs with losses on their investments and to do all the this Football intermediaries with interests of the club at heart should be employed to boost the club administration.

I so much agree with you boss
